mrfantasy will be surprised to learn that while he was out Thursday and Friday, we implemented yet another
Novell product, this time
File System Factory 1.2. I've even got it cluster-enabled. I plan to put it fully into production tomorrow afternoon. I always enjoy replacing crappy Perl scripts that I wrote as a student with real products.
This has become a somewhat amusing trend.
By coincidence, when
mrfantasy was attending the
EDUCAUSE conference a few weeks ago, Paul and I did a lot of Novell-related work, including upgrading
NMAS, moving our Novell CA and SDI domain key servers, implementing
NSure Audit, testing
Universal Password, and testing
UP-enabled Windows native file access.
I wonder what new Novell innovations
mrfantasy's next trip will bring
drewuniversity. :)
