Well, this sucks.
Another night of not sleeping. I think the problem is that I fell asleep reading on my living room couch yesterday around noon.. woke up at 5 pm.. reinforcing Bangkok time.

I guess I'm just going to have to change phase the hard way.. that is.. stay awake for 24 hours..

Work will be "interesting" today.

Try and balance yourself out with Nyquil or Snoopy, Come Home! (to bring you down) and Bawls or the new season of 24 (to amp you up). Either you'll achieve some perfect level of homeostasis, or your liver will give out. Fortune favours the bold!

Have you tried a melatonin pill? I've heard it works wonders.

Melatonin works miracles. I also use 5-HTP, which is just tryptophan capsules. It's a bit less habit-forming than melatonin; I find occasionally with melatonin that taking it causes my body to stop producing as much of it on my own. Tryptophan helps stimulate the body's own melatonin production. But all this is probably irrelevant now, since you're likely un-jetlagged by now...
